		NBH CMTS 5 Miler Way to go marathoners training for this years 2007 Nationwide Better Health Columbus Marathon. This is the First event in the 2007 Nationwide Better Health Columbus Marathon Training Series and the kick-off event to your training for the big day on October 21st. Bring your friends, family and support group out to enjoy this wonderful day and experience. Distance: 5 miles (8.04K) Date & Time: Sunday, July 08, 2007 @ 8:00 A.M. Location: FrontRunner - 1344 W. Lane Ave - Columbus, Ohio 43220 Awards: The top three males / females will receive special awards along with the top three in each designated category. There will also be many random prizes drawn at this event. Race Divisions: Awards are based on following categories: 11 - 14, 15 - 19, 20 -24, 25 - 29, 30 - 34, 35 - 39, 40 - 44, 45 - 49, 50 - 54, 55 - 59, 60 - 64, 65 - 69, 70+, Cruiser's (Men over 200lbs / Women over 150lbs), Walkers (MUST walk the entire event) Entry Fees: $25 until June 11th, $30 after June 11th and $35 on race day Packet Pickup: FrontRunner 1344 W. Lane Ave. 614-486-0301 at the following times: Monday 07/02 - Saturday 07/07 Packet Pickup Hours are Monday - Friday from 10:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m., Saturday from 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. and Sunday 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. Race Day Registration & Packet Pickup: From 7:00 A.M. to 7:45 A.M. . NO ENTRY after 7:45 A.M. AMB Chip Pick-Up: AMB Chip pickup is on race day from 7:00 A.M. - 7:45 A.M. You must wear a chip in order to be timed and receive results after the event. *Lost or non-returned chips will result in a $75.00 charge. 	Course Information: 5 Miler: Is an out & back course into Upper Arlington via Lane, Kenny and Fishinger Roads. Somewhat flat most of the way, but there are a couple rollers to keep you on your toes. Directions: From North Columbus: Take I-270 to 315 South to the Lane Ave exit. Turn right onto Lane Ave and head west about a mile. FrontRunner will be on your right hand side.
