		NBH CMTS 20K Way to go half-marathoners training for this years 2007 Nationwide Better Health Columbus Half-Marathon. This is the final event in the 2007 Nationwide Better Health Columbus Half-Marathon Training Series and it will be great test and game day scenario for you all right before the big day. Bring your friends, family and support group out to enjoy this wonderful day and experience. Distance: 20K (12.42 miles) Date & Time: Sunday, September 30, 2007 @ 8:15 A.M. Location: Westerville Rec. Center is located at 350 N. Cleveland Ave in Westerville, Ohio 43082 Awards: The top three males / females will receive special awards along with the top three in each designated category. There will also be many random prizes drawn at this event. Race Divisions: Awards are based on following categories: 11 - 14, 15 - 19, 20 -24, 25 - 29, 30 - 34, 35 - 39, 40 - 44, 45 - 49, 50 - 54, 55 - 59, 60 - 64, 65 - 69, 70+, Cruiser's (Men over 200lbs / Women over 150lbs), Walkers (MUST walk the entire event) Entry Fees: $35 before Sept. 1st, $40 after Sept. 1st and $45 on race day Packet Pickup: FrontRunner 1344 W. Lane Ave. 614-486-0301 at the following times: Monday 09/24 - Saturday 09/29 Packet Pickup Hours are Monday - Friday from 10:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m., Saturday from 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. and Sunday 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. Race Day Registration & Packet Pickup: From 7:00 A.M. to 7:45 A.M. . NO ENTRY after 7:45 A.M. AMB Chip Pick-Up: AMB Chip pickup is on race day from 7:00 A.M. - 7:45 A.M. You must wear a chip in order to be timed and receive results after the event. *Lost or non-returned chips will result in a $75.00 charge. Race Packets: Each participant will receive a cool race shirt, goodie bag and our sponsor information. Certification Information: Pending Certification




	Course Information: This 20K course will take you from the Westerville Community Center south on Cleveland Ave to Cooper Road. Left on Cooper to the beginning of the Alum Creek Bikeways where you will follow the bikeway south to the turn around point. Proceed back the same route… Very shaded and scenic with lots of winding turns… Directions: Take I-270 E to Cleveland Ave North exit. Proceed north on Cleveland Ave to the Westerville Recreative Center, which is located on the corner of County Line Road and Cleveland Ave.
